How hard is it to return a phone call? Poor communication. When I tried to hire Steven Swann he said conflict of interest if I had Dial as attorney and won’t do it. So I’m stuck with a lawyer who doesn’t communicate how much more do I have to take from Lee county Iowa judicial system.
He has quoted me a fair price and is giving me back my freedom once again!!
??? 7 months,,still waiting on something Lol its over a year and half...... if I knew he was nothing like the attorney he once was18 years ago when he seemed morally and ethically correct. I will tell you its not a good feeling when your attorneys seems more concerned about the defendant than his clients,and 2) that what we have been told to expect and the financial burden is completely different than in the beginning when he was hired.
