I recently contacted the firm, by phone, about a litigation case. I spoke with Kerri Rupert who stated that she needed to have her legal team review the case and would get back to me. She emailed me in a timely manner to let me know they could not help me with my case. That's their prerogative and maybe I don't have a valid case, but no reason for declining to take my case was given. Just no.
