The good news is they are definitely one of the more reasonable, affordable options in the market - especially if they serve on the first try (I researched 5 providers all over the GTA), and owner Sonny seems responsible and on the ball. The negative - the lack of communication and updates on what they're doing is frustrating as it's often hard to reach someone. It also took well over a week to get my affidavit of service, which wasn't ideal. Hopefully they can improve their ability to keep clients up to date.
