I’ve never had to use a process server before. I have to say they made it so simple. They explained it they were quick. They were efficient and they actually treated me like family I called around and talk to a few different companies. I’m so glad I’m so glad that honestly, amazing friendly, courteous, quick there’s not enough good words to say.

Editing: I was later contacted and provided a credit for the printing part. I had a very disappointing experience with this process serving company, despite the 4.9 star review. In my matter, I was charged twice for printing the same materials. When questioned, I was advised that the file had been “shredded” after an earlier attempt and then reprinted for a subsequent attendance. I called Dial and File based on a referral from a friend who works at a law firm. I am very happy with their service they were fast and efficient. Sonny and his team put in extra work to ensure they got it to the recipient. My issue was resolved within a couple of days because of the professional services they carried out. I cannot thank Sonny and his team enough for doing such a great job.
