I have to say them are fantastic. Scott came out the same day that I called. He worked around my work schedule. On arrival a friendly face and was straight into the job at hand. A blocked shower drain. He was done within an hour and with some casual chat did a great job. Leaving with some helpful advice in the future I would recommend Dial A Rod if you ever have issues with your drainage. Plus the positive attitude and affordable prices I would use them again. Scott and his team did a brilliant job at our old house, no sign of the rodding point and everything was really difficult to access. Most companies would have given up but they stuck at it and got it done. Insisted on cleaning up after too. Top guys.

We had been having issues with our drains not emptying quickly and starting to overflow. Called Dial a rod and they arrived on the day they said they would. The guys used their hydrojet system and managed to dislodge the blockages in the waste system. All done within a hour and the system is working perfectly now. Highly recommended company to get your drainage system unblocked and reasonably priced too. Thanks a lot.

First class service. Scott and Robbie were efficient, quick to respond and fixed an ongoing drainage problem. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely call them in the future if we need to.

Scott and the team cleared a blocked kitchen drain in our tenement flat where other Edinburgh drain specialists had tried and failed or told us the only option left to us was getting scaffolding or lifting our floorboards. The team went out of their way to try affordable options and solved it no problem. Fair pricing and would call dialarod first next time we have any issues!
