I’m so disappointed. My daughter was supposed to be picked up from school at 2:30 and drop her off at the library and they didn’t pick her up until 3:30 and it cost three dollars for her to ride just because we don’t live in town even though that has nothing to do with her ride and the day before they were 20 mins late but being an hour late is overboard. Never ever using this transportation again
the people who answered the phone for me have been rude every time
