Unreliable as can be. You only call them because you HAVE to. I wish alpena had REAL public transportation.
Misleading with their wait times. I was told 8 o’clock on this Tuesday. Called back at 8:30. Was told bus will arrive “shortly”. Still waiting almost 15 minutes after call. It may be 9 am by the time they are here. They should have been upfront from the beginning…
This used to be a great community service, with friendly drivers for a reasonable cost. Sure they'd be 1-2 hours late, but it was affordable at less than $5. However the price has literally gone up 10x since then, and it now costs over $50 for a one way ride of less than fifteen miles!
