I called 2 or 3 times and at the time they told me to call back at 8 am or after 8 am and they told me or the lady told me she set the pick ups and drop off now then the next day they told me they hadn't set up an schedule at all and I got really pissed off so I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone they are very unreliable I am gonna still take the Dart but only because I have to but other than that I wouldn't take this service at all

If you can find another way to get around, use it, this company is not reliable. You will get to your appointment or to work whenever they can get you there. They will pick you up whenever they can pick you up. 1or 2 hrs after your pick up time!! No courtesy calls or anything it happens too often!! And the dispatchers are unprofessional. Driver was well professional in her job. Bus was not crowed. Clean and cool for this 90 degree weather. plesant ride to Sumter.
