DART never arrive on time to take me to my medical appointments. Several times I had to take an Uber which is very expensive and I could not afford it because I am retired on a fixed income but I had to to get to my chemotherapy sessions on time. I used money from my food and monthly utility bills. Even when making the reservation 7 days in advance DART still arrive late and never call to inform you they will be late picking you up. I just had a DART bus driver call me from a private number to try to curse me out.

Well if you have medical needs and have to get to be seen don't call dart call Medicaid if you have to get somewhere the store etcetera then maybe call them but I think also they want 7 day notice and with Medicaid it's 48-hour notice and free!!

If I could give zero stars I would..Really, Really bad. I pay twice as much mostly to get around now because of my Mental Health deteriorating from Dart .They shouldn't even be in business, very unreliable, can't be trusted and you never know the condition of the bus picking you up, they shouldn't even be allowed to be on the road.and as far as people from Able don't like to return your calls..
