I called from Riverwood in front of my therapist, I asked her to arrange a ride at 3:30pm to get me back home. The woman said Why the hell are you calling me for! I asked if it was dial a ride ,yes it was. She told me not to ask for a ride until I was leaving at 3:30. I told her she was extremely rude I didn't call her I called the company. Very poor people skill amazed they aren't closed down.
On Thursday 3/11/2021 at 9:30 I called for Dial-A-Ride to take me from the Travellodge in Benton Harbor to the Marie Yaeger Cancer Center in Saint Jiseph.. An hour later no bus had arrive. I then called again and was told the bus was on the way. I waited an hour and called again and was told the bus would be there in fifteen minutes. Fifteen minutes later there was no bus.
