The experience with the representatives is the worst no matter what time it is they have a very disgusting attitude cannot answer a simple question with out being annoyed! Do better dial a ride representatives or get another job!!
My experience with the representative was unpleasant because of how he responded to my question regarding the bus routes timed schedule. He sounded bothered by my question. I mean if you don't like you're job then seek one that makes you happy.😁
