talked to a doctor at around 11 at night, needed a script for my daughter, they said they would sent it to the local chemist. Went to the chemist the following morning and they didn't recieve it. Called the doctors number multiple times and still dont have a script...still waiting
Awful company, people are super unhelpful and don’t call back or do there job. Doctor called me 3 hours late, sent me to a pharmacy and then hadn’t sent the script to them. Then they couldn’t send an email all day with the script due to technical issues apparently.
Called and they said they dont have anyone available in my area.. why advertise it then.
Dr Anna and Hayley came out to assess my son tonight. He was asleep and they went above and beyond to try assess him while he was sleeping and not to disturb him. They were the perfect balance of friendly, professional and helpful. Excellent care provided by an excellent doctor - much appreciated.
