Absolutely useless. Didn't ask me any questions all they said was we are fully booked. Better off filling up the emergency department.

Completed online booking around 1am. Didn't receive any confirmation of booking and then didn't receive a phone call until 3pm. I'm assuming it was a phone call from this service - I could make out the word 'doctor' and a phone number - apart from that they ladies' accent was so thick I couldn't understand any other words from the message. Would not recommend in any way, shape or form. Would give zero stars if possible.

Called this morning for my 2 year old daughter. The Doctor was at my door within 40 minutes. The Dr was fantastic with my daughter, she is usually terrified of doctors but he was so nice interacting with her and showing her his interesting doctors gadgets while getting her checked out after being unwell. He was fabulous and put my mind at ease after a stressful night with an unwell toddler. Thank you for the prompt and great service.

Have used this service twice now on the Gold Coast. Excellent service on both occasions. Appointments are bulk billed to Medicare. Attendance outside of business hours, including weekends.

Called to see if I could be fit in and was told that it would be around 6pm at the latest. 6:30 rolls around and no updates, I call back and ask if they’re still coming and I’m told that they’ll get back to me. They did not. It’s now 2hrs passed when I was told I would be seen with no communication whatsoever. Do not use this service.
