The company has just edited their response, 4 years later to pretend they don't have my details. They weren't interested in talking for the last 4 years and were quite insulting in their previous response. I've emailed and will see what they come up with. I had Dial a digger out to dig a 60m long 600mm deep trench to lay an electric cable. They dug the trench charged the money and left.
