The receptionist was horrible! I struggle with horrible anxiety and depression and i am very desperate to see someone cause I need help and when I called a couple months ago I asked if they had psychologists here and she was so rude and said "um no... sorry" and then just sat on the phone so i was like um.. i was told to call here and she said. We have psychiatrists but not psychologists here and were all booked! Very nasty and not good to be in this profession when people are struggling mentally.
Was told they could not help me because they have no one who takes blue cross/ blue shield. The receptionist was cold, unfeeling and short. A horrible 1st and last impression. And who on earth does not accept blue cross?!? Really guys?
