I had a terrible experience here. With how hard it is to get psychiatric help, it’s extremely frustrating to finally find someone who actually takes your insurance and has openings, just for it to be a horrible experience that not only doesn’t help but makes things worse. I was told by my insurance that I needed to have 3 appointments with a counselor before I could see the psychiatrist, because that’s who I needed to see. Would not recommend, Tanya is terrible to get ahold of, my son had the flu, called and had to cancel, asked for her too call and never did the next week again he had the flu, begged for them to have her call to schedule because “ they don’t schedule for her”, got a bill in the mail from my insurance, I called them and told them I wanted to pay it, they said I owed less then that, and I told them I would pay it when we come for our next appointment.
