Worst experience. My contractor hired them and I paid 20k to them. The unit continuously breaks down as gas keeps leaking and now after 2 years of work , they don't even pick up phone to fix. Even I am ok to pay them but they don't even care to come to fix the issue caused by their own poor quality work. Just try calling them you will see. Just poorly managed.
Scammed out of $1000 - terrible team, unresponsive and slimy. Zero ethics.
Stay away from Diako. Unfortunately our house came with Diako’s HVaC system. In the 3 years we’ve lived here, it has broken over 5 times. They are unresponsive and unreliable, once it’s been installed good luck trying to get any repairs. We’ve been without AC/heat for months. We’ve now had to get other providers to step in and they’ve shared the install was very poorly done and prone to leaking. Save yourself the headache.
