Everyone says he's grumpy, but it's cool. No, it's not. You think I'm happy having to pay for service? You think I'm super happy I know I have to drop a couple hundred bucks? I definitely don't need his mouth. Thankfully I could just hang up on him. I would have lost my patience if I was in the shop. I say if you are rude you deserve people calling you out. Hope he loses business.
Rude when I called in. I said "I'd like to see if I can get an Alignment with you guys". Thinking I could schedule something. Immediately I was met with "Not today. I have like Three cars to do today". Good for you. Not what I asked. I hung up the phone, and gave my business to someone else. Yes, he probably just had a bad day but I don't have to hear it. Never going here! Making sure I tell as many people to not go as well. Have fun bud!
