Great service I have few injections done under CT scan the only one that gives me those injections is the boss. I wouldn't have anyone else they are great at what they do.
I can’t tell you how frustrated I am. What in Gods name would be the reason why I would wait an hour and half to speak to someone? I’ve been on hold for the most ridiculous time. Disgraceful customer service. I’m still holding
After waiting 1hr 15 min on hold to book an MRI appointment I gave up! I can’t image how busy they must be. I was at position 1 in the queue for 40 min. I will be looking elsewhere for this scan to be done.
The customer service is appalling. Each time I call I wait at least 30 minutes on hold. I am currently on hold for 2 hrs as I need to make an appointment. Surely there can be a more efficient process.
