Have used Centre for many years. Customer service both staff and technicians great. Very disappointed regarding obtaining results. Twice have had to chase up results urgently before attending relevant g.p appointments for both Mri and ultrasound... done so via email in which recieved no response after many days, thus still had to call clinic and sit on hold for more than 30 in order to request results. Currently in the same situation waiting on. Contemplating using another practice in future.

I was greeted by a lovely lady yesterday wish I got her name short hair with glasses. I was already feeling under the weather but her warmth and welcoming nature set the tone for my day !

I’ve been coming to Diagnostic Care for my scans, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. The staff is very friendly and patient. Two technicians who I have been with are Eddie and Eleanor and they have been incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout every visit. They always take the time to make sure I’m comfortable and well-informed, and their calming approach makes a big difference during what can sometimes be a stressful process. Have used this practice for several years. Difficult to get thru on phone as usual. Today tried to book a diagnostic service that have used for several years. Person on phone said " not doing it any more". They were Not interested in our issue . Unhelpfull trying to find an alternative. Might do diagnostic in future but did not know when if ever. Generally unhelpfull. The medical staff are efficient and caring.
