I tried calling through at least 5 times after 12pm and was on hold for upwards of 45 minutes and didn’t move in the queue! Absolute joke! Can’t understand - is there no one working here?? Worst service experienced.
The best medical imaging centre in Melbourne with the most amazing staff. I previously had an ultrasound and since then a hip injection. Pinna at the front desk, Dr Steve and the Radiographer were both kind, professional and efficient. I’ve had previous injections and this was, by far, the most pleasant experience . Fantastic service .both my GPs love this place . Fantastic reporting apparently!
Absolutely terrible, waited 4 months for an urgent appointment only to be told they couldn't do the MRI on the day because they needed information from the hospital that they didn't have. Now I have to wait another 3 months because they have no idiea what they are doing.
Congratulations, to the reception staff, absolutely wonderful, very caring and understanding. I had a terrible fall and fractured my foot in four places on Christmas morning and on Saturday the only place that could fit me in was you guys but only for an xray not an ultrasound, as my doctor did blood tests found l might have a clot the ultrasound was very important.When l arrived they took me in a matter of 5 minutes the technician wheeled out his office chair to sit on as l couldn't walk at all, took me in for an xray then ... read more
I,am absolutely speechless. I received excellent attention from the momI,entered the surgery until I left. Reception staff were friendly, patient and helpful. Both Loren and Amanda were professional, competent, reassuring and caring. An excellent experience. Congratulations to all staff.
