After a procedure at the hospital my husband was told an emergency scan was required. Someone from Diagnosticare called after 5pm (which was partly why they get 2 stars), and scheduled the emergency scan for 7.45am the next morning. I then received an sms with address details and asking us to be there at 7.25am. When we arrived the door was locked. We waited 20 minutes for them to open. Any danger of answering the phone
Kane performed an ultrasound scan on my 8 week old daughter. He was delightful and caring plus took the time to explain the images.
It’s not just a name, they DO care. I went for a CT calcium score. I had been concerned about the level of radiation I would be exposed to and although I had done quite a bit of research I had some questions. So I contacted Diagnostic Care to discuss the CT scan and get as much information as possible not knowing whether they would have the time for me. Oh boy ! Did they care ! I had a CT done at Diagnostic Care, and Lauren made the entire experience so much easier. She explained everything clearly at the beginning, answered my questions, and made the process feel smooth and stress-free. I would definitely go back for any future scans.
