I can tell only by trying to call this place, long wait time calling and when I finally reach someone they hang up the phone, and I can tell this after 3 times trying to call. Personally don't trust this place is willing to provide any help.
Ridiculously long wait times to get through to book and change an appointment. Went somewhere that was more responsive. I waited about 20 minutes each time I called them.
I called to make an appointment at Keilor East. I was on queue for more than 30 minutes, finally got through and they hung up on me. Tried to call again, on hold for another 30 minutes. Terrible services.
