Called to schedule an appointment and whoever answered the phone was very rude. So I’ll go to another location.
I go to the clinic in Whitehaven been going for about 3 years now the ladies behind the desk are always nice and friendly to me … They always question me about my age because I look younger than what I am, Like I’m really tripping at these reviews I have never had a bad experience, I mean they are blunt and firm but never rude . I’m sorry to anyone that have experienced that side.
Made a phone call today about some images and the receptionist was very rude !!! Just very unnecessary and unprofessional!!
The front desk staff (3 of them) have very nasty attitudes, are rude, and unfriendly. They spent their time talking about their personal business while not processing the people who need to be seen. They yell across the room asking patients about their personal business instead of asking them to step up to the front desk. Once I FINALLY got to the back, the X-ray technician was very nice and pleasant. I hope I NEVER have to visit this location again! I will gladly drive across town somewhere else! SMMFH!
The receptionist was very rude ,very unwelcoming , and unprofessional all 3 of them. I would not recommend to anyone. I only came here because I was referred by my doctor. Just rude! The doctor that did my chest Xray was awesome and the Nurse that did my mammogram was wonderful but them others ohhhhh no!!!! PROCEED WITH CAUTION
