Like so many other reviews here, I randomly received a collection notice for a balance at this place but never received a single bill. They were supposedly calling and texting my old number and couldn't use common sense to send a bill in the mail. The "billing office" sounds like an off-shore third party that was rude and unhelpful when I finally got through.

Repeatedly sends a bill that we do not owe. As a 100% disabled Vet, bill should have gone to the VA. They chose to bill Medicare and Tri Care. Have provided them with correct insurers. They chose to ignore that and are threatening to send to collection agency over less than $25.

Same as the others, never received a bill from these folks for my MRI, then one day I have a VM stating this is final notice otherwise sending to collections. Luckily I had the almost $200 on hand to pay immediately. Other folks won't be so lucky.

Waited almost two years to send a bill we never knew about. Sent a family members to collections never sent a bill and was only from December 2023. I could go on but I won't. They should close.

ZERO STARS!!!!!! I've never in my life had to deal with stress over a bill like this. I was billed $80.98. I went online to pay and the online amount was $161.96. I called and talked to a man. He stated the online amount is what I owed, that my insurance denied part of my test and the paper statement is wrong. I called my insurance company and was told, no that I don't owe that.
