I do not like my information being outsourced for billing. If they filed their paperwork correctly I would not have found out.
This company is notorious for not updating insurance info and filing on old insurance. Unfortunately the patient never knows until contacted by a collection agency requesting payment. This has happened to me on two separate occasions. The first I had to pay. This time I went through each EOB and contacted the billing company that Diagnostic uses. They updated my insurance info and had stated they would re-file my claim. Not holding my breath.
