I would just like say that I hap the most pleasant experience talking with an extremely nice lady who helped me picking up a catscan disc. She was pleasant and bright and she made the whole conversation very clear and pleasant and informative yet also funny. She made me smile and laugh which is so rare nowadays and it was easier for me to understand. What a wonderful employee and person. I don’t remember her name but she was such a pleasure to talk to.
