Friendly and profession no problems with authorization- Really made me feel comfortable!
Went for my first MRI today. I thought I was going to a stand-up MRI but when I got in the room, I saw the tube and asked where is the standup and they told me they didn’t do it there they did it in Port St. Lucie. So I looked at the machine. I said let’s give it a shot. I got in it and I’m a little claustrophobic, but it didn’t seem to bother me at all. The only thing is it’s really loud but 20 minutes seem like 10 and all is well. Great experience don’t hesitate to go great people.
I am so impressed by the professionalism, manners, customer service and atmosphere of kindness. I couldn’t give them a single criticism for the two experiences that had with the front office and sonographer. I am comparing them with their competitors, and also with my other medical providers. They just have heart and lots of it! God bless each and every one of you!
