The man who helped me my MRI today was very kind and thoughtful. He explained everything that I would hear, how long it would take and even gave me ear plugs and a "panic button" to squeeze to alert him if anything felt wrong. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed. In all, a good experience. Thanks so much!!!
