No comminication. When I asked the receptionist raised her voice at me. Unproffesional. Reading all the reviews it seems they do not even read these.
This is the 2nd time I have used Diagnostic Radiology Services at Linksfield. The service is terrible and both times had difficulties with my account submission to medical aid - due to errors on their part.
Waited for over 2hours for a chest x-ray to be done, everyone who came after was attended before me
For a week now, I've been attempting to obtain the disk or images from a CT scan I had seven days ago. To my disappointment, I was informed that their disk machine is still malfunctioning, and they claim there's an overwhelming number of images to print and they could not do this.Other service providers, gladly do this. Strangely, despite these technical issues, the medical facility acted swiftly to bill medical aid for a substantial amount, even insisting before leaving the emergency room that the copayment was settled.
