If I could give no star I would but the service is absolutely ridiculous. Patient is told that report will be ready is 45mins, patient comes in to see Dr, report is still not ready, get transferred to another extension, no answer 4 TIMES! Very quick to tell you when they can't help when having outstanding accounts but not so quick to deliver ANY patient care! Absolutely disgusting in my opinion
No comminication. When I asked the receptionist raised her voice at me. Unproffesional. Reading all the reviews it seems they do not even read these.
This is the 2nd time I have used Diagnostic Radiology Services at Linksfield. The service is terrible and both times had difficulties with my account submission to medical aid - due to errors on their part.
