The business closes at 7. They closed and locked the doors at 630. All I needed was a copy of my report. Ridiculous. Some people work and have to cut it close. I called to see if I can request my disk and they said they will not do it ahead of time, you must come in person and request it. I am beyond annoyed. I took off time from work to get this item and the doors are locked 30 minutes before closing.
“This place is amazing. I’ve used DOI for years and always had a positive experience, no matter if I visited central or west location. My neurologist suggested them some time ago because of their state of art equipment which includes the 3Tesla MRI (the last acquisition there I know of), and I stay with them since.
