I had a great experience. The staff is very professional, and the entire process was quick with little to no waiting time compared to other places. The facility was also very clean. I was able to get a next day appointment. They were especially wonderful with my 7 year old, showing a lot of patience and care. The gentleman who performed the MRI was excellent with kids and made the experience much easier and more comfortable. Highly recommend!
The business closes at 7. They closed and locked the doors at 630. All I needed was a copy of my report. Ridiculous. Some people work and have to cut it close. I called to see if I can request my disk and they said they will not do it ahead of time, you must come in person and request it. I am beyond annoyed. I took off time from work to get this item and the doors are locked 30 minutes before closing.
“This place is amazing. I’ve used DOI for years and always had a positive experience, no matter if I visited central or west location. My neurologist suggested them some time ago because of their state of art equipment which includes the 3Tesla MRI (the last acquisition there I know of), and I stay with them since.
