Fantastic staff. Communications absolutely non existent. It is impossible to talk to anyone by phone, text or email which in the 21st Century is an amazing achievement. Been waiting weeks to talk to someone about annual physical results. Had one appointment set up and of course no one called. Shame because the staff when you see them are wonderful. After that you’ll have more chance of having an audience with the Pope than ever hearing back from the practice.
For the 2nd time I see claims for the services I didn't receive. Will never go here again.
Worst operation I have ever experienced. Btw, have you ever seen so many 1 star reviews?!? This guy is fraud and a cheat. His reply says that someone would be in touch to “remedy the situation.” Well, I’ve waited 3 years, and still no one has reached out. He bills the insurance company for fraudulent services, and when the insurance company refuses to pay, I got stuck with the bill. $4k over 3 years! You suck, Dr. Murphy!
Billed insurance company $1734 for a drive through covid test. Beware, they’ve probably scammed yours too.
Amazing!! The whole process these guys have done for COVID-19 testing is top of the line. So organized, fast results, you can talk to actual people! I can’t say enough good things about them
