Never answer calls. Called thousands of times to make appointment, no one answered ever.
It's so hard to make an appointment. I kept calling and wait and wait. At the end they hand up on me. I can't believe this place can stay on business.
Horrible office. The call center tells you imaging is ready to pick up, then you go and they tell you it’s not ready. When you call back, they also tell they did not reach out when they clearly did. At the time of reviewing, this place has 1.9 stars. Too high in my humble opinion.
Try to call and make an appointment. They have you wait in line and give you a waiting Q, but once you are in Q 1 or 2, they tell you that you have exceeded their time limit and hang you up. You call again, still the same issue. I wonder when you will be able to talk to someone.
I wasn’t even able to get to their appointment call center. Every time when I get to the top of the waiting list, it said I am exceeding the wait time limit, which is about 10 mins., and the system automatically kicks me offline. This repeated 4 times. It wasted me over 40 minutes.
