Friendly and efficient
4月16日，我爸爸下午3点在罗兰岗 Garfield Medical Center 做B超，我们2:37到。因为上次检查就是因为喝水太早又憋不了尿而没做成，所以这次我一坐下就让他喝自带的水。结果他刚喝两口就呛到咳嗽，因为他之前中风，吞咽功能有问题。前台一位年轻小姐马上制止，说诊所里不能吃喝。我解释了原因后，她指着墙角的垃圾桶，让我们用那个桶，还给我纸巾擦椅子和地上的水。我爸爸也吐了一些水到垃圾桶里。最离谱的是，检查做完后，另一位年纪较大的前台竟然要求我把垃圾桶清理掉并带走，还说“这是公众地方”，并递给我一个干净垃圾袋让我套上。我当时照做了，但回家路上越想越觉得不对。垃圾桶本来就是装垃圾的，为什么要我清理她们的垃圾桶？我又不是她们的清洁工。这种对病人和家属的态度真的很让人不舒服，也让人怀疑这是不是带有区别对待。地址：18575 E Gale Ave Suite 208！
