Went in for blood work and let the tech know that people usually have a hard time drawing my blood. She listened and took her time, but unfortunately, it still took multiple tries—one on my arm, two on my hand, and finally my wrist (done by another tech, who was able to get it). I had a light headache during the process and had to take a short break. It might be due to dehydration or tricky veins, but I ended up with a big, swollen bruise on my arm that was pretty painful for the first couple of days.
Jade was the absolute best! I don’t like getting my blood drawn from previous bad experiences but Jade made it so easy and pain free! Thank you Jade!!!!
Went in today with a very nervous (crying) 8 yo and Jade was absolutely amazing with her. She kept her calm and was just an all around rockstar with her. The other staff were also very friendly and inviting. I would absolutely recommend anyone going here for their phlebotomy needs.
I had to bring my 10 month old baby in for a blood draw, and as you can imagine I was pretty nervous about how it would go. The women at this location were incredible. Professional, kind, patient. Three helped me, though only saw the name of one - Jade - who did the actual draw, while the other two helped me hold and distract my baby.
