Trina is a rockstar! I am the WORST with blood(as in if I see it outside my body, I will pass out). She had it over and done before I even knew what was happening. I can’t thank her enough!
I want to give special thanks to Trinia, the phlebotomist at DLO. She was professional, patient and incredibly kind. She answered my many questions and was very encouraging. Wonderful person!
She is so nice and caring, I didn't even feel her take the blood kind, I will go there every time. I didn't even have to wait that long. Maybe 10 minutes
I was in and out within a short period of time. Trinia was amazing! She had a Beautiful attitude and so fast, didn’t even feel the draw.
I went to DLO at 230 pm on a Monday afternoon. Walked in and the waiting room was full and thought about leaving. Went ahead and checked in and sat down. I cant belive how fast I got out of there. Probably about 15 minutes and I was done. The nice person named Erika that did the draw was awesome!! I hate needles but she did the draw with very little discomfort on my end!
