Very poor patient service. I showed up at 4:24 pm and was told, “uhm sorry miss but I close at 4:30 pm”? Seriously? It doesn’t matter that there were 3 people before me or 1. I was there before the closing hour and I should have been seen bottom line! 5/6/2019
Over 10 years ago I had a poor experience with the lab at MD Tower in Midwest City and decided to never return - I found two phlebotomist but one has moved ant the other has day off - did not want to fast again so I went to your 8121 National Ave office in Midwest City, OK - I have now replaced both of my go to guys with your outstanding Kenchsa - one stick wonder for me and great professional attention and friendly manner and great smile showing confidence and concern! 06/10/2016 -- Dan
