I've been a few times and each time they are friendly and fast.
Extremely rude, I watched the “supervisor” walk in to my doctor’s office and berate/belittle the front desk guy. After which you could definitely see he was frazzled and all she did was complain about him being “rude” and having a “attitude”. Extremely unprofessional.
I have never had an issue at this lab, see them 5-6 times a year, and the ladies are always friendly and professional!
I have been taking my nephew to this facility for almost four years for monthly labs. On 12/23/24 we went as usual. After we waited for a few minutes an employee there came out and told us there was nothing she could do for us that the doctors order had expired the previous month. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. I had never seen her before. I have made arrangement s for another lab and will never use D Lo labs again. Myself and my nephew felt like fools.
Hardly felt the needle for blood test. Great job!
