Very easy to make an appointment online. Two techs (one apparently in training). Not terribly busy at 2 pm. Pretty close to on schedule. Easy stick.
I don’t know how they have a 4.3 rating. Rudest employees I have ever met in the healthcare industry. There was 1 lady who helped me that was nice, can’t say much about the rest of the staff.
I waited over an hour and a half for a walk-in appointment, never was called back. Staffing shortage, only making a priority for scheduled appointments, who knows because nothing was communicated. There is my hour and a half wait to get a lab that's critical, yet wasn't able to get it done. Thank you! I'll take my business elsewhere!
