To be on of the health department office to provide diagnostic services, was not able to meet my spectatives was almost empty.
After a poor experience at the Broken Arrow DLO ( waiting almost an hour at 32 weeks pregnant and not ending up being seen) I visited this location the same day after I got off work. I walked in and within 12 minutes I had been seen and gotten my labs drawn. Much nicer staff and she didn’t even leave a bruise! I will be visiting the jenks location from now on.
Fast and friendly service
My employer sent me for a pre employment drug screen. I was told the bathroom was out of order and I needed to go to a different location. The girl in pink scrubs was nice and apologetic but I can’t believe a medical facility is open with no access to a bathroom. Especially seeing there were at least 2 ladies working there. I know from experience with my daughter and wife that access to a restroom is important. Anyway I already had my employer send me to labcorp.
