Its clear that the corporate pursuit for profit has deteriorated the patient experience. Staffing is limited. Wait times are embarrassingly inaccurate. The kind and professional staff is obviously overworked.
Should really update the online hours. Says that they are open on the weekend however I show up and all doors are shut and locked with no access to get in. My child and myself both have a blood work and due to my schedule it is hard to get us in so I was looking forward to getting it done today. Very inconvenient And a waste of a trip
