This was my first time going to this location and it was a good experience , I signed in and sat down probably two minutes and I was called to the back to have my blood drawn. The young lady was great , one stick and that's what I like. I was there a total of five minutes , they're really nice there.
I would give this company - 5 stars if I could. I don't know where they find the idiots to work in their billing/insurance claims department. I have talked to them on the phone at least five times and given them the information for my secondary insurance every time and they still screwed it up. Every person I talked to I stressed that they had to get the benefits ID number exactly as I told them or it would not go through. It supposedly had been sent to my insurance 5 times with no response. I tried to explain to them that i... read more
The old man the does pickups in nw oklahoma/ shattuck area is the worst driver i have ever seen he flys all around this area flipping off other drivers as he flys around them
Such a shame we are forced to be stuck with this horrible company that has zero checks and balances. There is no customer service issue that can be escalated to management (what is this 1985?!!!) So the same problems continue at each facility. For those of us who are difficult to stick, once we find one who doesn't make us look like we just left a battlefield, we go back to the same DLO and they're gone to a different facility days later. Wow. Like you can't even rotate them out of the office every 3 months or something? Man... read more
