I go there often and usually in and out and great staff. Today was rediculoud. There were five clients waiting this Saturday and I was there for 1.5 hours. They had three phlebotomist on staff and after 1.5 hours they’d only seen four of us for simple blood draws. I had to leave. Laziest, most inefficient staff I’ve ever experienced there.
This is my go to DLO and Brooklyn is my favorite person there, I met her 3.5 years ago and she had been the one to do almost all my labs while I’ve been on this journey, literally With Brooklyn I feel as if I’ve know her my entire life, I am sure she has a following just from her kindness.
Brought my elderly mom in. Staff rude and unhelpful.
