I genuinely had a wonderful experience here! The person who drew my blood, Teona King, knows her stuff. I get blood drawn frequently (I'm a hand person) and she was able to draw from me so quickly I didn't even notice it. I am so impressed by how quick she is that I'm writing a review! I got her name because I am that impressed. I think if you're going to get someone to draw your blood, she's the one to do it. She deserves a raise for real.
Got there on Saturday at about 11. No one at front desk or anyone in waiting room. Easy to check in on tablet and only waited a few mins. to be called back. Dianna was great and my son even got a sticker before heading out. Have been here several times before with no issue and would choose this lab again.
I wasn't pleased with the fact that the employee didn't listen to my mother and ended up hurting my mother very badly! No blood draw that day!
We have been here for about an hour. Never been to a lab that was so slow and impersonal. We will never come here again. Meanwhile there commercial plays over and over about how great they are.
