We utilize the DLO, Diagnostic laboratories of Oklahoma Oklahoma, service center on a weekend. We walked in without an appointment. The way time was short. The staff were very good at what they do. They were able to get my dad‘s blood with one stick and answered all of his questions with courtesy and professionalism.
We were the 3rd person that signed in. Showed number 3 on the list. Was going good but then a lot more folks came in. The technician started calling them back first and and most of us went from 3 minutes to over 10 minutes. She then cam out to all of us waiting the the wait will be over a hour because she was the only one. I asked her why when the board said we were next. She said don't look at that. Very well organized now with the tablets check in is very smooth and easy you can even see your wait time and name on a TV in the waiting area. The ladies were very understanding of my pelvic issues when it came to the urine screening, I take a lot longer than others and they were really sweet patient and told me not to worry
