Customer service! When starting my business, Diagnostic Imaging Systems was the first I called and I was impressed, especially with the customer service. I did my due diligence and called other places, pricing and applications were all similar, but the customer service here was by far the best. Special shout out to Tim for making my business life a ton easier! You guys are the best!

Absolutely amazing customer service. We have had a mobile generator that we purchased from them a few years back that is sturdy, gives reliably good images on a wide variety of species (snakes, turtles, hoof stock, large / small mammals, etc.). The software is easy to use, but the one or two user errors that I have run across as an operator over the years, have been cleared up easily by their extremely helpful and kind technicians.
