I was in need of a brain MRI. I am extremely claustrophobic so this procedure was giving me a lot of anxiety. However, when I arrived and was Taken into the MRI room I was comforted and assured by the attending nurse. She knew exactly what steps to take to keep me calm and I really appreciated her Professionalism as well as her empathy. Of course the Valium that my doctor gave me helped too… Lol
Took 10 days to get the report from the ultrasound...should have been 2-3 days.
Very professional and caring group. Highly recommended.
