People answering phones to pick up records direct you to the wrong place. At one of the imaging center at steeplechase if you like sarcasm and eye rolling this is the place to go. After following directions to pick up mammogram records and waiting 48 ho hrs versus the 24 he recommendation, records were still not ready after going from one building to the hospital medical reciirds department which was not clearly labeled on the hallway direction signs. Totally frustrating and time consuming. Not an easy process.
Great experience with them!!!! They're always very professional and wonderful with patients, sometimes I have to wait a little bit but that's all, but overall I love that place great costumer service.
Long hold time to schedule an appointment.
