Both the mammo and ultrasound tech I had today for my appointment were great! Both were sympathetic and professional. They also know how to ease concerns.

The front desk receptionist/scheduler really needs to be trained in basic communication skills. My husband and I were there for a lung CT scan for him. When initially called she was abrupt and said over the phone "we need to schedule you for a lung cancer ct!" our Dr had not told us about the test which isn't her fault but I can think of a number of ways to communicate this test besides "cancer ct". Technician super nice and friendly. Lady at the desk isn't a very people person.

I was greeted very graciously and my paper work was completed very promptly. That staff is quite friendly and very proficient at what they do. I look forward to being a patient of theirs through the rest of my journey with them.
