called in to get some assistance for an auth related question for a member. front desk girl didn't even give me a chance to ask a question before being transferred. losers like this don't deserve a position in the health care industry. should be fired immediately
For the records: March-23-2024, MRI scheduled at 12:30 pm. No surprise this place has very low ratings. Today I had scheduled three MRI, and I had to get out of this place after the first MRI feeling so uncomfortable and treated ina very disrespectful way due to the awful attitude of the technician conducting the MRI... I got to this place 5 minutes late, it looks like my delay triggered his anxiety; he started talking to me in a disrespectful way after the first test when I told him that I needed a little water, right after... read more
