Have always have been helpful and kind to me.
The worst. Extremely difficult to even get to speak with someone to make appointments, they do not return your call if you leave a message. They said they called me and asked me to call back, but they absolutely did not call and leave a message. I’ve been evacuated and constantly screening all my calls. No call to me ever. So they just cancelled my PET Scan that took me weeks to get. Go somewhere else‼️
I was scheduled for a CT scan on the weekend, only to find out that the facility was actually closed. This was quite frustrating, as it took time to prepare and adjust my schedule for the appointment. I wish the scheduling process had better accuracy, as it would have saved me an unnecessary trip and the inconvenience.
I went in for the first time for a cardio calcium score test. The staff were very friendly. Shout out to the receptionist and the technician, Omar, for being helpful, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend.
