Zero respect for patients time. Why come early when they’re running hours behind? I came as instructed, premeditated for a MRI and after waiting for 30 minutes to register while front desk person decided to make friends and tell jokes and hear every patients life story, I’m told that they’re running 45 minutes behind. Will NOT choose this location in the future
so whoever was working the front desk between 11 and 1130 on August 15 is Rude, sarcastic, and condescending. I’ll be looking elsewhere.
