I am experiencing the same billing and collections issues as everyone else. I have been dealing with this for 2 years! My first bill notice was a "final notice". Just like the others, I tried to log into the billing portal per the instructions of bill I received. It needed my bill number (ok) and my DOB (it did not recognize my DOB and therefore would not let me in). I spent hours trying to get ahold of someone to help me at St. Lukes via telephone and email. Received a bill from over a year ago and have tried for 3 days to access their website or talk to someone. Website is down and receive a message that they are closed and hangs up on me when I call. Update: System and phone still down over 3 weeks now.

They send invoices and make it nearly impossible to pay them. Payment portal doesn't work. Phones don't work. Alternative phones don't get answered.
