Received a surprise bill with no idea who the provider was or why i was getting a bill for a service that I already directly paid St Lukes for. It feels like a double charge. Are insurance companies aware this is happening? I will be alerting them of this practice. Then it was absolutely impossible to pay for it via all of their directions. I tried to scan the QR code, that wouldn't work. I went onlince which they made me create an account to pay online (which is ridiculous) and that wouldn't work. Received a bill 10 months late. Couldn't get anyone from the company to answer the phone. Finally had to call the hospital to make sure it wasn't a scam. They connected me to the call center in which the guy said their system was down for months, which was why I didn't get a bill on time - Which I determined from 13 years of the same reviews and complaints to be a lie.

Literally cannot get through to anyone to pay the bill! Can’t log in even when they ask for my account number and birthdate! Absolutely ridiculous and shouldn’t be that hard to pay a damn bill

Received a final notice bill for $20 on a scan that happened one year ago, at a different location, which I already paid $200 for. There’s no explanation of the charges and there’s no acknowledgement of my payment (which went through, so they definitely took $200). Not sure what kind of scam they’re running or how this is legal. I literally have a different insurance policy than I did one year ago.

Absolutely the worst company ever. Sent me to collections for a bill I never received and when you try to call them you can’t even talk to anyone.
