Horrible experience with the provider. No way to reach out to them and pay . No intimation on pending payment and no explanation on charges . Directly sent to debt collector .
Worst company ever. No bill and sent my account to collections
I never received a single bill from this company, yet I just got a collections notice. There’s no clear way to contact them, and after reading other reviews, it seems this is a pattern of unethical, predatory behavior. These billing practices should be illegal and the company held accountable. Avoid at all costs.
Collections call from 2022 for $450. Never sent to my insurance. Didn't even realize I never got a bill. Insurance card was shown day of service.
I would give zero stars but google won’t let me. I will be reporting this company to the BBB for their billing practices. It’s clear to me given the review of this company that there is a clear issue with how they bill. I recommend anyone having issues to do the same.
