You cannot talk to their billing dept without a 4 digit ext which is not given anywhere. They billed my ins carrier 9 mo after the date of services so insurance does not pay after 3 months. Ins co even tried calling them to no avail! Ins co stated I am not responsible to pay the bill if $571 since they were too late to file.

How to get HELP with billing Diagnostic Imaging Associates AKA Prosight AKA Rayus as of Feb 2025: 1. Call St. Luke's Radiology. They'll send you to a woman named Julie, who is nice. (Don't call St. Luke's Billing. They'll give you an 844 number for an organization that no longer manages billing.) 2. Julie may give you that same 844 number or talk about the data breach. I am experiencing the same billing and collections issues as everyone else. I have been dealing with this for 2 years! My first bill notice was a "final notice". Just like the others, I tried to log into the billing portal per the instructions of bill I received. It needed my bill number (ok) and my DOB (it did not recognize my DOB and therefore would not let me in). I spent hours trying to get ahold of someone to help me at St. Lukes via telephone and email.
