Posting my experience and some advice below. What a sketchy company. Seems to be a mysterious third party entity for Rayus imaging. They sent me to collections after denying my original full payment without informing me. Since collections was not picking up, I called St Luke’s Hospital, had them connect me to their patient payment line, who informed me that Diagnostic Imaging Associates LTD is “not at all” connected to their systems. Horrible experience with the provider. No way to reach out to them and pay . No intimation on pending payment and no explanation on charges . Directly sent to debt collector .
Worst company ever. No bill and sent my account to collections
I never received a single bill from this company, yet I just got a collections notice. There’s no clear way to contact them, and after reading other reviews, it seems this is a pattern of unethical, predatory behavior. These billing practices should be illegal and the company held accountable. Avoid at all costs.
Collections call from 2022 for $450. Never sent to my insurance. Didn't even realize I never got a bill. Insurance card was shown day of service.
