I will not be going back due to the receptionist. They clearly don’t want to do their job-something as simple as typing a birthday into the computer is too much. Complaining about clients in another language when they don’t provide exact information they were not told. If you’re the face of a clinic, you should treat your patients with more respect. Unforgivably rude to people expecting potential bad news. Shame on this location for allowing it.
Everyone was so nice.i went in for my first mammogram. I have health anxiety so i was very nervous. The lady that called me back was so nice and said because of my anxiety she will see if the radiologist can look at results right after so I can get same day results. The tech that actually took the images was also very nice and talked me through everything. I wish I got their names so I could give props to but I was very pleased with my experience.
Was greeted the second I walked thru the door. They had all my paperwork, which wasn't really very much, ready for me. They even helped me fill out part of it. Only had to wait maybe 5 minutes more before they called my name. All personnel were pleasant and knowledgeable. Best experience I've had at a Doctor's office, maybe ever. Highly recommend them.
Paying on my bill every month, then I get a notice from collection they decided to turn over to even though I'm still making payments. Highly pissed
