Was greeted the second I walked thru the door. They had all my paperwork, which wasn't really very much, ready for me. They even helped me fill out part of it. Only had to wait maybe 5 minutes more before they called my name. All personnel were pleasant and knowledgeable. Best experience I've had at a Doctor's office, maybe ever. Highly recommend them.
Paying on my bill every month, then I get a notice from collection they decided to turn over to even though I'm still making payments. Highly pissed
Canceled my appointment because I needed to answer some questions prior to my appointment and instead of calling and asking me those questions, or notifying me they were canceling my appointment, they just canceled it. I didn’t find out until I had taken the time out of my day to go to the appointment.
Wasn’t too impressed with this place. My doctor placed an order for a mammogram 02/28. On 3/14 I call my doctors office who gave me the number to this place and said this is where the order was sent to. Called this place, said they never got the order. 03/17 I have my visit, my doctor notified me this morning she resent the order for a diagnostic mammogram of both sides.
