I came in due to a lump in my breast. They did mammogram and ultrasound. Told me it was a fatty mass and to come back in 6 months. I have very dense breast tissue. I knew something was off so I went to get a second opinion. I just had a double mastectomy due to having Invasive Ductal Carcinoma. If I would’ve waited six months who knows what would have happened!!!! Do not go to a Diagnostic Imaging for Breast care!! Go to a BREAST CENTER where they know what they are doing!!
Their billing department is terrible. We sent them a payment and promptly forgot about it. 6 days later they apparently returned the payment. They never sent any bills after the hat until they sent a collector after us. When we realized what happened we settled with them again. Now a week later we go in for an X-ray and they have lost the payment again. Just a terrible department that can't seem to manage their finances at all.
Horrible front desk experience slow, condescending, and unknowledgeable. There are better places to spend your money that are more respectful of your time.
Absolutely horrible place. They forgot about my 78 year old mother and her test. Left her for over an hour and a half. People came and went and nobody bothered to ask about her.
My appointment was at 830, its now 10... they're sending people back who have just shown up, vs 4 of us that have been here since before 9... what's going on?
