Absolutely horrible place. They forgot about my 78 year old mother and her test. Left her for over an hour and a half. People came and went and nobody bothered to ask about her.
My appointment was at 830, its now 10... they're sending people back who have just shown up, vs 4 of us that have been here since before 9... what's going on?
MRI machines down on 7/30/25 at this location. No warning for patients that drive an hour to get here & also no way to be seen elsewhere. It already took over 3 wks for my husband to get in & hes in a ton of pain. I dont recommend this location or Diagnostic at all for that matter. Its ridiculous to try & be seen in a reasonable amount of time & no options for getting people in at other locations same day when machines go down. Great experience. Very professional
Front desk was very good and patient with me. But overall, I’m extremely disappointed in Diagnostic Imaging. Terrible communication and can’t get through to their billing department at all. My insurance has also not been able to get ahold of them. On hold forever and then tells you to leave a message but the box is full and you can’t. I’ve had to reschedule twice now after showing up on time for my appointment.
