I had a wonderful experience at my appointment. Staff from front desk to the technicians. Very helpful, went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I recommend them to anyone.
This place is great with one exception…. I don’t believe it’s right when the ladies at the front desk call up each client by first and last name and then to say out loud what they are getting done. I feel it violates hippa standards and its nobody’s business and causes embarrassment and for some humiliation during a possible tough time.
Every time I go to this center, I've always been impressed by how nice, courteous and professional they are. Great place for your imaging needs. I highly recommend them.
I had surgery on my hand and had 3 different progress Xrays taken (April 1, May 3 and May 20). On April 1, I mention that I need to have my annual Mammogram and they had time to do that also in that visit. So 2 different images needed to be sent to 2 different doctors. After the mammogram I read through the report before I left and noticed that the receiving doctor was NEITHER of the physicians that I had requested upon check in. So I stopped at the front desk to tell them (again) who my PCP was so that he can get the report... read more
