Great place and friendly staff. First time getting a mammogram, and the technician was super nice and explained everything. Definitely recommend this place!
Horrible communication. A scheduled appointment at their Olathe center was changed to Lee’s Summit because they didn’t schedule enough time. When we drove to Lee’s Summit they cancelled us saying we were supposed to be here a half hour before our scheduled time? Ludicrous and costly.
Great place. I will be returning. Wish the wait was less in the waiting room- around 30 minutes. EDIT 9-2024: After coming here for years I am saddened to find it has become quite difficult to schedule an appointment. This is at least the second year I have attempted to make an appointment for my yearly mammogram requested by my GP. Smooth check-in and the xray tech was great! Positive experience at this location in Lees Summit. The only issue is getting the x-rays to the ordering physician. It is now been 10 days and they have yet to receive the CD they expected with the x-ray results. I have downgraded my review to three stars instead of five due to this delay.
