I had thyroid checkup today and the staff is always so very kind and considerate to me. It's always a very pleasant experience.
I’ve been to their emergency care a few times and the staff is pretty great- I prefer this ER because it’s smaller and generally quicker than the other major hospital in town.
Very unprofessional service. The girl who answered the phone was laughing and flippant. My doctor sent an order last week for a CXR. She told me he would have to put it through today. Didn’t manage to look. CHIs service is awful. I won’t be back.
