This place is so slow they are rude and don't seem to know what there doing. They changed my appointment without asking me. And when they told me they did it they tried to act like it was my fault for making the appointment thru the automated system. It's not my automated system? I would suggest going anywhere else. And after all this. On my new appointment I sat there for over two hours...
In two words.... the worst!!
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I WENT THERE FOR MY SON, THE FRONT DESK WERE MORE WORRIED ABOUT GETTING PAID THAN HELPING ME AND MY SON OUT. IT'S BEEN TWO WEEKS I TOO HIM IN AND THEY TOLD ME THE DOCTOR WOULD HAVE THE RESULTS IN A COUPLE OF DAYS. IT'S BEEN EXACTLY TWO WEEKS TODAY AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT SENT IN THE TEST RESULTS. WOW.
