Very nice workers with a sense of humor. Polite, respectful, and friendly. They all had a smile, their playful, cheerful, and laughter moment I experienced sitting in the waiting room had me giggling/myself. I thought it was pretty cool. Front desk staff all made me feel like I was their priority and made me feel comfortable while waiting. Was skeptical about getting my mammogram done because the last time was so painful. Knowing how important it is, finally made an appointment. At the registration desk Shanol Rene was so polite. The young lady Cowana that did the exam took away all my fears. Thank you for your patience and your encouraging words.
Brianna with ultrasound / imaging , I just want to say THANK YOU! I remember crying on my first visit and she made me feel so safe. Im crying while typing this lol Your energy is amazing and you truly made me feel like everything would be okay. I can’t thank you enough for being so sweet , so attentive and so welcoming. From my first visit to (hopefully) my last , you were the one person who changed my mood every time I went In for Imaging. You are appreciated!
I was a walk-in for an x ray. The staff was friendly and efficient. I didn't have to wait long for the whole process, even though they were clearly busy. My only issue is the sign in waiting area has a letter that doesn't line up with rest of name which was annoying for my OCD.
After a week When I got to the center they told me your insurance does not cover my exam, then I contacted the insurance company they told me we had already approved it, yesterday, and they gave me the approval number as well, Another vice is if they do not get approval they should tell me at least two days before!! Just westing my time and work,
