My experience with this place was confusing. They don’t seem to be very professional. when I was done with my MRI, I went to the front desk and asked when I would be receiving my results and the lady just stared at me😳 like she had no idea what I was talking about. It made me feel awkward 🙄. It was an odd experience coming here. I will never go back to Selma image again.
Calls after calls and the answering machine hangs up on you. Even the people on the phone will transfer you to a machine that hangs up on you.
The ladies in front weren’t pleasant and told us they were about 40 minutes behind the scheduled appointments. We had just driven 40 minutes to there (15 minutes early as I was told to be) just to be told we would have to wait an hour and then do our hour appointment. I don’t understand why my appointment would be at risk if I wasn’t early but they didn’t even call to notify us that we would be waiting an hour.
I have been in this facility twice and interacted with the office personnel several times by telephone. Without exception the service has been prompt and absolutely outstanding in terms of friendliness and helpfulness. The folks here went out of their way to make my experience positive. Very grateful!
