MRI operator & assistant were very competent & supportive during a Brain MRI. Their empathy in word and deed helped me to complete the diagnostic. I'm very grateful to both of them.
Was told that after 2 referrals that the needs were not specific enough and that they will refuse to perform an exam due to the generality of the referral. All I wanted was a follow-up but they will not complete this until after the age of 40 even though I want to be preemptive in case something is seriously wrong. When I said "I guess I'm just out of luck" the staff told me "yes" which is an insanely unprofessional and ineffective way to operate a diagnostic imagining office in the case of pain, no matter how 'general'. Horrible waste of time. Go elsewhere for imaginary if you can. I’ve waited over an hour now and six people who checked in after me have since come and gone. They ask patients to check in 30 min early to complete a five minutes of check in and then wait a hour plus. Not impressed.
