same thing sent to collection for $13 ...that bill i never received
Never got a bill ! I found out when checking my credit score that I owed them $97 an they never called or mailed a bill! They have destroyed my credit over $97 dollars! I will be contacting the BBB!
Would give 0 stars if I could. I have never received a bill from this place and now I'm getting a notice from collections.
Received full financial assistance through St. Luke's, but then weeks later, I received a final notice bill from Diagnostic Imaging Associates despite never receiving anything from them prior. After multiple attempts to contact them by phone, I reached out via their "contact us" on the web portal page listed on the bill and explained that I believed the bill was an error as I had already been charged by the hospital for CT scan but had received full financial assistance and asked for their help in with this. See other responses, mines the same...sent to collections over small bill. contacted once, and it's a separate bill from a larger bill that I am paying off. Couldn't have put this one in the itemized section
