They never pursued payment from my insurance company and never sent me a bill for me to pay it but yet they sent it straight on to collections and now shows delinquent on my credit report!
Never billed for services....instead, turned charges over to collections very poorly run business.
The worst you can get! Overcharges students for unnecessarily ordered procedures and sends student medical accounts to collection agents even before the students have had a chance to seek payment from their parents. Their collection referral process is pathetic, and meant to cause stress to both students and parents, and ruining credit in the process.
