The nurses there were really great nurses really awesome and they were really helpful and yes I will go back for any test that I need thank you guys really appreciate you
Waited nearly 2.5 hours for service. The representative had ordered a wrong approval from insurance. They came out with an excuse that the insurance needed more details. Don't recommend this facility; unless you like the waiting time.
Little wait time; the staff was courteous, polite and professional; used this location for several years and service has always been very good.
Great doctor, very caring and professional. Always making sure my medical needs are met and up to date. Very pleasant and caring staff also.

The annex at 6309 Mill Lane Brooklyn, NY 11234 was an awful experience. My appointment for an MRI was for 12 noon. When I arrived there were a number of people already waiting. I figured that they had a few machines or did imaging besides MRIs. I was not called in for my MRI until 1:30. I waited for one and one half hours after coming on time for my scheduled appointment. The place was very clean. However their turnaround is ridiculous. They told me it would take 48 hours to send a simple x-ray to my doctor. After 48 hours, he still hadn't received it. Now I have to wait an entire weekend to get the result. The woman at the front desk was cold and uncaring when I asked if she could get it to him in 24 hours, as if I was asking for something outrageous. I need a diagnosis before I can travel and now I won't have it. I do not recommend them.
